mark was able to complete his promotion ceremony aboard a Blackhawk flight.  we are all extremely proud and happy for him to have promoted and of course to have been able to do it in such an adventurous way!  ;-)

spent last weekend in Orlando at the rowdy gaines us masters swim meet.  had a blast, got to watch some former and current Olympians AND got to compete!  brought home some medals and ribbons for the kids to play with and enjoyed being a mermaid!!!
